[Japan: Tokyo] Birthday Celebration at 2* Crony

Rating: 4.5/5

A fantastic birthday dinner at 2* Crony with technically perfect dishes and attentive service! The restaurant’s name means lifelong friends which in this case refers to the circle of producers, staff, and guests. Sustainability is also at the core of its ethos with the use of sustainable seafood, naturally harvested salt, honey to preserve mountain resources, and local ingredients to reduce carbon footprint. Loved the cute crab spring roll, the fried donut with cream cheese & caviar, the signature izaki with its crispy skin, plus the pigeon and wild boar with its delicate tastes. Thank you Chef Michi, Sommelier Ozawa Kazutaka, and team for the wonderful meal!
