We started our meal with a refreshing cold appetizer and sashimi of the day with salmon, sawara and tachiuo.
This is the signature Potato Salad with smoked soft-boiled egg and mustard sauce. We liked that the salad had texture with lumps of potatoes here and there.
The Chilled Tofu with dried baby sardines, green onions, and bonito flakes was our least favorite dish though as the raw green onions were way too spicy to be enjoyable to eat.
The Gratin with Crab Tomalley and Shimonita Leek was easily a favorite with its rich and gratifying flavors.
The Deep-fried Lily Bulbs was another fantastic dish as they were fried perfectly - it was almost like eating thick-cut potato chips.

Finally our omakase ended with the chef's handmade udon served chill with a flavorful duck broth!
