[Macau] Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2019 Gala Dinner

Following the announcement for the results of the 2019 Michelin Guide for Hong Kong Macau, I attended the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2019 Gala Dinner which is prepared by 6 master chefs from some of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants:
- Chef Fabrice Vulin of 2* The Tasting Room in Macau
- Chef Masa Takayama of 3* Masa in New York City
Chef Kelvin Au Yeung of 3* Jade Dragon 譽龍軒 in Macau
Chef Alain Ducasse of 3* Alain Ducasse Au Plaza Athenee in Paris
Chef Chan Yan Tak of 3* Lung King Heen 龍景軒 in Hong Kong
Chef David Kinch of 3* Manresa in California
- Renowned Pastry Chef Pierre Herme

The food is of course paired with fantastic wines by Robert Parker.

We also had a special performance by Hong Kong singer Kay Tse.
